[labnetwork] DI Water Foggers

Dear Colleagues,


Does anyone have experience using DI Water foggers (please see the pic below) for testing of wet bench exhaust in the cleanroom?


I have found one from Applied Physics, USA (http://www.appliedphysicsusa.com/DI_water_fogger_120410.html??)


Please share your experience and the effectiveness of the foggers.
