Hello Ahad,

For Stanford Nanofabrication Facility (SNF):
class 100 (~70%) and class 10 (~30%)
10,000 sq. ft.
200+ monthly users / 500+ annually
No air showers
Comments: Full cleanroom gown/hood/booties, face mask or beard cover as needed. Shoe covers and hair net worn before entering gowning room. Tacky mats at entrance. No plain paper allowed, wipe-down station for laptops in gowning room. Semi-monthly wet mop throughout, quarterly deep clean throughout, includes wet wipedown/mop of all floors, walls, and ceilings.
