 The NCSU Nanofabrication Facility (NNF) seeks a talented and industrious
experimentalist to join our team for a one-year term as a SiC Fabrication
Postdoctoral Researcher.   We have recently been awarded a grant from
PowerAmerica that funds the development of a number of SiC power device
process blocks, including implant mask fabrication, gate oxide formation,
interlayer dielectric growth, and ohmic contact metallization.
