I have used Mass Vac out of Billerica, MA for 20+ years. They do good work at a reasonable cost and stand behind their repairs.

Happy holidays to all!
We’ve been struggling to find a reliable pump repair vendor in the area. Are there any vendors recommended to repair pumps? We found a vendor good technically but their payment bureaucracy does not work well with our own…
Two minuses in this case do not equal a plus unfortunately.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
