[labnetwork] Alcatel mechanical pump rebuild contacts

Hello,

We are looking for any good contacts for buying or refurbishing used
Alacatel 2063 C2 mechanical pumps using Fomblin?  We had a good local
contractor who shut down last year, and have a backlog and immediate need
for use in an LPCVD nitride system.

Also, has anyone had good results moving to a more modern equivalent of the
2063C?
