[labnetwork] setting up NEMO

Hi all,

We are moving forward on the implementation of NEMO, but I have a 
question for the community out there.  Has anyone developed an invoicing 
module for it that they would be willing to share?  And if not, is 
anyone interested in sharing the costs to develop one? Figured I would 
check before going on our own.
