Dear colleagues,

I was wondering if you have experience with growth of selenium with MBE.

My main question is about safe handling of the Se vapor. We are going to have a water-cooled baffle installed between the MBE chamber and turbo pump.  Would a water-cooled baffle suffice for trapping the Se vapor? What precautions do you take when you need bake the system and how often do you need to clean the Se trap?
