[labnetwork] Sopra GES5 Ellipsometer

Dear all,

We currently have a Sopra GES5 ellipsometer which we can't calibrate due to being locked out of the system, ie, we don't have the passwords for the maintenance/operator/calibration modes. I was wondering if anyone might know what the default passwords for these machines might be? And also, if anyone would have any kind of information for calibration it would also be greatly appreciated.
