[labnetwork] SOI "Smart-Cut" wafer

Hello, Joseph,

Perhaps someone on this email list has more info, but as far as I know, SOITEC still has the patent on the ’Smart-Cut’  method.  As you mentioned, they have a minimum order quantity and no longer sells 150 mm wafers.

University Wafers sell SOI wafers I small quantities.
