Hi Howard, 

 

I ran into a similar problem with our Samco 10NR a few years back, the leak
came from large flakes on the TGV O-ring seal. Your Kalrez-ring maybe fine
to reuse. See attached Vatvalve Schematic.

Our SAMCO 10NR RIE has a vacuum leak.  Changed all the easy O-rings. Anyone
have an exploded diagram of the Turbo Gate Valve (TGV) or instructions for
the replacement of the TGV O-rings.
