[labnetwork] Corona discharge tool for electrets

My colleagues at UCSD Nano3 says they don't have an equipment that can embed
a charge into an oxide film.  Does anyone know if MIT Nano has this corona
discharge capability?  Who to contact?  Or anyone else in west coast who has
