[labnetwork] Deposition of InAs and InSb

Dear Labnetwork,

We have a user who is looking to deposit InAs and InSb on SiC substrates.
This could be evaporation, or epitaxial liftoff and transfer would also be
an option. Is anyone aware of a lab or company that has this capability and
might perform this as a service?
