[labnetwork] Thoughts about sunlight entering cleanroom

We have the same setup as Draper. Whatever filtering we have in place on
the sliding glass doors to the litho bays must be working, because we've
had no issues, and the afternoon sun shines very brightly on the front of
our building, which is primarily glass.
