[labnetwork] AG Associates 610 RTP

Dear Labnetwork,
  We have an AG Associates 610 RTP that has good cooling water, good gas and air pressures and no gas flow during processing.
Has anyone experienced this before that might be able to help short of recommending a newer machine?
