Hello,
I'm looking to translate a current process from a metalized glass wafer to
a lower cost copper clad blank such as an FR4 or other copper clad PCB
blank. I was wondering if anyone has experience in doing lithography on
copper clad substrates.

Lithography dimensions: 5µm feature size, 5µm line width.
Resist height: 3.5µm to 7µm
