I am unsure if they can deposit CIGS but I remember there were making deposition system with multiple sources. There are based in Switzerland.

There is also Indeotec, but I believed there are more in PECVD thin-film deposition

Dear labnetwork,

We are currently planning on commercialization of CIGS/PVSK tandem solar cells.
We are designing industrial production line around 15 MW scale.

However, we are experiencing trouble finding a manufacturer for the thermal evaporator that can deposit the thick CIGS layer.
The CIGS layer needs 4 elements co-deposited with a good stoichiometry for several microns.
and we could find no manufacturer to make such equipment.

If anyone can share any recommendation for pilot/industrial evaporator for CIGS, it would be much appreciated.
