[labnetwork] soft cap number for research groups

Dear Colleagues,

I totally understand if it is something you don't want to share. But, if
you can, I wonder if you have a soft cap number for your internal research
groups, aka, professors. Is that a monthly cap, yearly cap, and what is
your cap number?  Do you charge a different percentage to the amount above
the cap number, or it is free of charge after reaching the cap?
