I’d like to invite you to consider EIPBN 2024<https://eipbn.org/> in La Jolla, California (San Diego) May 28-31. There is still time to submit an abstract<https://softconf.com/n/eipbn2024/> before the submission deadline January 12.

Also, if you are an electron beam lithographer, student who uses EBL, EBL tool owner, etc. consider MAEBL<https://maebl.org/> at Georgia Tech Sept 24-26.

I’d love to attend UGIM too, but it will probably be 2 years from now for me.
