Dear network,

 

We are looking for a replacement Clorine gas cylinder for our RIE system.
The old cylinder we have is 99.99%. Our regular supplier Linde Canada and
Air Liquid Canada doesn't have this purity available. The only thing I can
get is 99.9%. 

 

I am wondering if any member knows a supplier that can supply high purity
Clorine gas cylinder to Canada?
