  We have a THERMAWAVE 2600B OPTIPROBE for sale
It has an 8" wf handler but, as far as I know, it can be retrofitted to 
6" & pucks may work.

We never installed it in the lab (we had a smilar tool already) & it's 
being sold as is.
It is shrink-wrapped & ready to ship.
