[labnetwork] UGIM 2012 paper submission

Dear colleagues,

Time is running out. The deadline to submit
a paper for UGIM 2012 is Thursday, March 15, 2012.
This deadline is set by IEEE and can not be extended.
The only written requirement is a one page extended abstract.

We are especially seeking submissions from our community
who have not presented at previous UGIM events.
Submissions on all panel topics are welcome.
