[labnetwork] special wafers

Dear colleagues,

I'm looking for specific kinds of wafers: 150mm DSP Si 1.2mm thick. I already tried a few suppliers (Addison, WRS and University Wafers) but all have lead time of 8 weeks or so.
Would any of you know suppliers that could have this kind of wafers ?
