Scott,
I'm not sure if this will help you but I have sold equipment to them and they were a pretty organized outfit.

Subject: [labnetwork] Capital eqpt. vendor feedback

Fellow Labnetworkers,

We're looking to purchase a used piece of capital eqpt. and have located a potential candidate.
Does anyone have recent experience doing business with Capital Asset and Equipment Trading (aka CAE online)?
I'm looking for feedback related to your customer service experience. Before I commit to spending any
hard-to-come-by capital funds, I'd like to hear of your pros and cons in any dealings with them.

Regards,
