[labnetwork] Reading ventilation/exhaust

Dear Matthieu,

Best way is to drill a hole in the duct with the equipment connected to 
the exhaust. Then you will have a correct reading of the exhaust. You 
can ask for the use of duct putty to properly clug the drilled holes on 
toxic exhaust.
