Hello Leonard,

At DTU Danchip we have both Laurell and Süss LabSpin6 table top spinners. People tend to prefer the LabSpin6, which is very simple but well designed and quite easy to use. Changing of spinner bowls and chucks is straightforward.

Best regards,

Leif

All,

We are looking for a new research sized litho resist spinner. 3" sized substrates max.

Headway Research offers a nice spinner for around $8K. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
-Len
