Happy New Year !!

At the National Nano Fabrication center, CeNSE, Indian Institute of Science
we:

how much silane do you use yearly ?
Ans : We use 0.4 - 0.5 m^3 of gas.
- what is the cylinder volume you have ?
Ans : Size of cylinder is 47 ltrs and 7 m^3 of gas.
