[labnetwork] service for Suss ACS 200 classic

Greetings all,
Does anyone have a good service contact for this system?  Specifically our
robot handler is down.  I'm in contact with Genmark, but that's likely just
one piece of the puzzle.  Our robot is going to have to come out and that
looks to be much easier said than done.  Any help is appreciated.
