[labnetwork] ISO - Sloan Model S-310 RF sputterguns

Denizens,

We had a Sloan model S-310 RF sputtergun spring a water leak. We are in search of at least one for replacement, or perhaps 2 or 3 for expanding our system. Any suggestions on used equipment vendors would be appreciated.
