Dear labnetwork community,
We are setting up thermal diffusion furnaces for P and B diffusion. Initially we are thinking of following liquid diffusion sources:

Boron tribromide, 99% min, Thermo Scientific™<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thermofisher.com%2Forder%2Fcatalog%2Fproduct%2F035846.30&data=05%7C01%7Cvk409%40soe.rutgers.edu%7Cb464f6f0dd3f47c121f508da650f119a%7Cb92d2b234d35447093ff69aca6632ffe%7C1%7C0%7C637933412630956428%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=a0tfGQEB6ntvy6Y4VwmJ19683LjcOea7K5Eoa1FZ8UY%3D&reserved=0> as B diffusion source and

Phenylphosphonic dichloride, 97%, Thermo Scientific™<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thermofisher.com%2Forder%2Fcatalog%2Fproduct%2F130800010&data=05%7C01%7Cvk409%40soe.rutgers.edu%7Cb464f6f0dd3f47c121f508da650f119a%7Cb92d2b234d35447093ff69aca6632ffe%7C1%7C0%7C637933412630956428%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=I0K%2FAjT5h%2BzE7Eq6EssngNJJ6rkChZLuEDqzsJ33jUk%3D&reserved=0> for P diffusion

I would appreciate any comments/suggestions on those and alternative.

Sincerely,
