[labnetwork] AMP SF-100 maskless system software problem?

Hi All, 

We have an AMP SF-100 Maskless system (now Bruker) which suddenly experienced a software problem. The operation software (Auostage) asked for ‘Activate’. I am wondering whether there is anyone who experienced the same problem. And could you please help out if your problem has been solved?
