[labnetwork] Treating silane exhaust from PECVD

Hi Hadi,

We use a Mojave "point of use" dry scrubber. Since Mojave is out of
business, we have replacement cans and parts supplied by Jupiter
Scientific. We replace the can about every 3 years.
